Renovate Your Bathroom

How Much Does It Cost To Renovate Your Bathroom and Do-It-Yourself?

One of the biggest questions homeowners want to know is “How much does it cost to renovate your bathroom you do it yourself?”  Well, that’s a loaded question —  there are so many factors that go into determining the final cost of renovating a bathroom so one size does not fit all.  The layout of the bathroom, the material you use, and the inevitable issues that arise all contribute to your overall costs.  Most remodels involve swapping the fixtures, paint, and flooring updates. My remodel has those things, but it also involved removing a wall, completely tearing everything down…

2020 AFC Divisional Round Playoff Predictions!

Ok. So. Last week didn’t really pan out how I projected and I put up a mighty goose-egg for the wild card round.  Who would have guessed that Kirk Cousins would finally emerge from his cocoon into a beautiful butterfly? Not me.  And definitely not you. But I digress! We decided to switch it up this week and exchange conferences. I will be doing the AFC and Adam will be coming later with the NFC picks.  Sounds like the Headrush crew is dialed in exactly where we need to be in order to come up with some frothy Divisional…

Secret Spaces for Paracosmos!

Friend and very talented artist Jesse Corinella showcased his Paracosmos exhibit last month in Brooklyn, NY.  Good Vibes Randy was fortunate enough to produce the accompanying music for July’s theme, Secret Spaces! I’ve always been a huge fan of Jesse’s art, so it was a dream to put together this track as part of the project. Paracosmos is a community of multidisciplinary creatives who share a passion for world building. Each month, we generate a new theme that unites us as we create our artwork. Our aim is to encourage people to consistently share their work, and in turn,…

The EP was recorded last September at the infamous Surfrider in Dewey Beach during Hurricane Hermine.  The video was shot at Gordon’s Pond in Dewey Beach and surrounding areas during the fall of 2016 and the spring of 2017. The artwork for the EP was provided by Jesse Michael Corinella of Torso, Inc.  Footage was provided by Evan Lober and Michael Di Edoardo….

Are You Even In Orbit, Bro?

I’d like to take a moment to congratulate myself.  Although I admittedly put minimal effort into selecting teams in my March Madness bracket, I ended up victorious.  That’s right.  Out of 64 teams, I picked Duke to win the NCAA Championship. Two reasons: I’ll take the top ranked player in the field Screw Kentucky.  Literally 85% of my pool picked them to win. Granted, Jahlil Okafor looked somewhat worthless in the Finals (please Sixers, do not draft him), but the cast of characters surrounding him on Duke were able to carry the load throughout the tournament. To be honest, though, I didn’t even watch…

Sam Hinkie Shakes Up the Sixers, Again

Yesterday, Sam Hinkie traded away considerable pieces to what was thought to be cornerstones in a long term rebuilding plan for the 76ers franchise.  The biggest piece was Michael Carter-Williams, 2013-14 NBA Rookie of the Year, which has left some people questioning the decision. Hinkie addressed the media this morning and elaborated on the mindset behind some of these decisions.  He noted that while trading Carter-Williams was difficult, in put them in a place where they were more hopeful for the future.  Hinkie gushed about the flexibility these additional assets gave them, noting that there is no timetable or…
