So that’s it. Let it sink in. The Phillies baseball season is over. Every single game was a nail biter, every game had waaaaaaay more runners in scoring position than usual, and every game had almost all of them stranded. A startling fact was presented to me earlier in this series: at the end of this year, every starting Phillies player will be 30 or older.
